Manufacturing and logistics offer great jobs at good pay (30 - 40% more than average) and work that you can be passionate about. Manufacturers in Indiana make all kinds of cool stuff - from electric cars and trucks to the latest military fighters to lifesaving medicines - and our logistics industry makes sure all of it gets where it needs to be on time.
But there's a catch - a high school diploma doesn't cut it. You need more education and training, but we can help you get there.

- High School Champions: If you already have the interest and want to talk to someone in your school about getting involved and taking advantage of every opportunity, get hooked up with a Dream It. Do It. Champion. More than 60 high schools in Central Indiana have a Champion on board, with even more in Southeast, Northwest, and Northeast Indiana.
- Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Courses: Eight high schools and career centers in Indiana are piloting a new advanced manufacturing and logistics curriculum this fall, with more set to roll out the program in 2013. Ask your counselor to see if your school offers industry-driven, credential-based coursework.
