Advanced Manufacturing Council

Working to Ensure a More Productive Future

The Conexus Indiana Advanced Manufacturing Council is a statewide group of advanced manufacturing, education, and public-sector representatives and leaders. The council meets quarterly for discussions about sustaining the long-term economic growth of the industry.

Current priorities include the development of a trained workforce and integration of industry-leading technology into our state’s manufacturing practices.

Council Leader

Andrew Ball leads the Advanced Manufacturing Council. He is co-CEO of Henriott Group and previously served on the boards of Greater Lafayette Commerce and Indiana Workforce Development. He also served two years on the Indiana Department of Workforce Development’s Region 4 Workforce Board.

Susan Carlock, co-owner and vice president of business development at Mursix Corporation, serves the Advanced Manufacturing Council as Vice Chair.

Executive Committee Members

Members of the executive committee include companies of all sizes across a range of industry sectors as well as organizations focused on industry and talent growth: Academia, Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals, Defense, Industrial, Life Sciences, Metals, Plastics, and Public Sector. We bring together companies big and small to help develop a broad perspective of our state’s advanced manufacturing landscape.
