The partnership meets manufacturers’ needs for quality workers and provides residents with good jobs in Indiana’s largest industry sector.
Investing in People and Their Communities
Through the program, Goodwill Commercial Services provides individuals with the education, employment, and support necessary to thrive independently—helping them earn a high school diploma or college degree, or invest in a job-certification program to enhance their skills and future employability. This is done in partnership with the Catapult Indiana training program.
Benefits to Companies
The Make & Move Up program also serves large, medium, and small Central Indiana companies in a wide range of industries. These industries include life sciences, automotive, consumer packaged goods, logistics, coating, hardware, industrial equipment, and more. Conexus connects this network of companies with Goodwill Commercial Services to assist with contract manufacturing.
