Conexus Indiana names new leaders to the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council

INDIANAPOLIS (March 24, 2022) – Conexus Indiana, a statewide organization dedicated to strengthening Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics industries, announced today that Nick Hoagland, director of client success at Langham Logistics, has been named chair of the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council, a network of 55 industry leaders who identify and activate opportunities to strengthen Indiana’s logistics industry. Hoagland succeeds Mark DeFabis, CEO of Integrated Distribution Services Inc. (IDS), who served as Chair since 2016 and was recently named to the Conexus Indiana Board of Directors.

Global Director of Procurement Operational Excellence at Corteva Inc., George Ellis, joins Hoagland on the Logistics Council in a leadership position as Vice Chair.

Hoagland, a graduate of Indiana University, has more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the logistics sector. He has been responsible for the performance of inbound and outbound supply chains at various Indianapolis-based companies and most recently leads Langham Logistics’ business development team. He has served as Vice Chair of the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council since 2017.

Ellis, a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Business School, has more than 30 years of leadership experience in supply chain management at several global companies. At Corteva, he is responsible for implementing world-class business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the global team and in support of company stakeholders
