Industry 4.0 Showcase at Konrady Plastics

Peer-to-Peer

Industry 4.0 Showcase – Cobot Implementation

Manufacturing companies across Indiana are further embracing Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing at a rapid rate since the onset of COVID-19.

Conexus will be joining Konrady Plastics, an in-house plastics machine shop, at their headquarters in Portage, IN to showcase the company’s recent Industry 4.0 technology implementation. Konrady serves as just one example of a legacy CNC manufacturing firm implementing Industry 4.0 as a means to remain competitive within the economy and address productivity challenges brought on by labor shortages and other issues facing manufacturers.

The showcase will also feature RoboJob USA/Fusion Robotics, one of Konrady’s technology integrators, to explain the many steps involved in taking on an Industry 4.0 project.

If you’re a northwest Indiana manufacturer considering the implementation of Industry 4.0 technology, please join Conexus Indiana and Konrady Plastics on October 28. Event logistics are below.
