The next photograph reveals the human touch in manufacturing at True Essence Foods.

Yeah, we– what we’re lookin’ at here is a PLC, or– also called a programmable logic controller. And it is standard in the industry, but it’s really what’s happening behind it.

MICHAEL

You know, a lotta these machines have, you know, (NOISE) panels, or computer screens that you’re working with. So I felt like we had to have that– in some capacity. And I really liked this as– a visual representation of that.

True Essence Food is really innovating the process in food manufacturing, and– really changing the way things are done in the industry.
